A place for this build

Place the gatehouse where a main road enters a town or crosses an estate wall. Leave a wider area outside for the arrival view, with buildings set back enough to reveal both towers.

The preview shows the exact full-block layout in a simple landscape. Minecraft textures, lighting, doors, stairs and furnishings are finishing touches to add in your world.

Minecraft twin-tower gatehouse blueprint: before you build

This gatehouse gives a road a clear threshold with two towers and a covered central opening. Treat the passage as the alignment line for the whole build. The plan supplies a static entrance; gates, defenses and interior access can be added separately.

This original design uses 1,580 blocks across 13 layers, with a 25 × 25 block footprint. The blueprint targets Minecraft Java 1.21.4; it is a building reference, not a schematic or an automatic game import.

Building sequence

  1. Mark the road center and both tower footprints together, preserving the full gateway width between the foundations.
  2. Raise the towers at the same pace and check the passage opening at every course before placing the connecting section.
  3. Complete the canopy and upper details, then continue the road through the opening and connect any surrounding walls.

How to read the layers

Layer 1 is the bottom of the blueprint. The map looks down from above, with north at the top. Toggle “Isolate layer” to see only the current level, or leave it off to see the supporting structure underneath. Empty cells mean no block is placed at that position.
