Minecraft modern courtyard house blueprint: before you build

A modern house with clean lines and an open courtyard. The contrast between the pale structure and glazing works well on a flat site. Inspect the footprint before choosing your plot so the courtyard stays open to the sky.

This original design uses 2,409 blocks across 14 layers, with a 25 × 25 block footprint. The blueprint targets Minecraft Java 1.21.4; it is a building reference, not a schematic or an automatic game import.

Building sequence

  1. Lay out the perimeter and courtyard together. The open center is part of the design, so do not fill it as a solid foundation.
  2. Build the wall courses and glazing in the order shown. Use the materials checklist to separate structural blocks from glass.
  3. Finish the roof and upper edges, checking each setback from above. Furnish and landscape the courtyard to suit your world.

Materials for this design

Counts come directly from the blueprint. These are the blocks placed in the build, before converting them into crafting ingredients.

How to read the layers

Layer 1 is the bottom of the blueprint. The map looks down from above, with north at the top. Toggle “Isolate layer” to see only the current level, or leave it off to see the supporting structure underneath. Empty cells mean no block is placed at that position.

Read the builder’s handbook for coordinates, material stacks and JSON exports, or explore the other designs.
