A place for this build
Use the home on a broad flat plot where one side can face a private garden. Low walls or trees beyond the footprint can screen the court without blocking light.
The preview shows the exact full-block layout in a simple landscape. Minecraft textures, lighting, doors, stairs and furnishings are finishing touches to add in your world.
Minecraft modern courtyard home blueprint: before you build
Basalt Courtyard wraps three low wings around an open planted center. The roof remains flat and the garden is visible from the inner glass walls. Choose the outward-facing entrance before adding furniture.
This original design uses 1,790 blocks across 8 layers, with a 25 × 25 block footprint. The blueprint targets Minecraft Java 1.21.4; it is a building reference, not a schematic or an automatic game import.
Building sequence
- Mark the U-shaped foundation and open center, checking that the courtyard stays large enough to walk through.
- Raise the low walls and inner glazing, preserving the open side as the main arrival route.
- Close the three roof wings and plant the center, then connect the entry to your local paths.

Counts come directly from the blueprint. These are the blocks placed in the build, before converting them into crafting ingredients.
How to read the layers
Layer 1 is the bottom of the blueprint. The map looks down from above, with north at the top. Toggle “Isolate layer” to see only the current level, or leave it off to see the supporting structure underneath. Empty cells mean no block is placed at that position.
