A place for this build
Place the pergola beside an orchard, cottage or meadow path. Leave a patch of open ground around it for flowers, with enough separation from neighboring walls to keep the garden feeling airy.
The preview shows the exact full-block layout in a simple landscape. Minecraft textures, lighting, doors, stairs and furnishings are finishing touches to add in your world.
Minecraft decorative apiary garden blueprint: before you build
Honey Garden is an open pergola with small striped boxes that suggest a traditional apiary. The boxes are decorative blocks and do not house bees. Use the layout as a garden scene, or replace them with suitable in-game equipment after testing your own bee setup.
This original design uses 1,490 blocks across 9 layers, with a 25 × 25 block footprint. The blueprint targets Minecraft Java 1.21.4; it is a building reference, not a schematic or an automatic game import.
Building sequence
- Mark the pergola posts and the spaces between the decorative boxes, keeping a clear route through the garden.
- Raise the timber posts and overhead beams, checking that the roof pattern stays open rather than becoming a solid canopy.
- Finish the striped boxes and garden details, then add flowers or a separately tested bee arrangement in your world.

How to read the layers
Layer 1 is the bottom of the blueprint. The map looks down from above, with north at the top. Toggle “Isolate layer” to see only the current level, or leave it off to see the supporting structure underneath. Empty cells mean no block is placed at that position.
